Do You Happen To Have This Home?
Hello,I'm working with a family that is relocating to the area and they are very interested in buying a nice home in Windham, NH. They are cash buyers with nothing to sell and can close very quickly. Our goal is to have them in their new home and settled before school begins.
They are very particular regarding the home that they would like to buy. Here are some specifications for the home that they are looking for:
- Price range UP TO $500,000
- 3+ Bedrooms
- 2+ baths
- Nice neighborhood, quiet street - cul de sac is a plus
- 2000 - 2600 sq ft of living area is ideal - anything over is just too big for them
- Must be in showroom condition where they can just drop in their furniture and simply live
- They are not interested in a home that needs work
